FLUKE/SEABASS Popcorn Rigs

The 'Popcorn' rig is a simple and effective high-low rig with weighted jigheads for fishing current and deeper water situations for fluke looking to ambush prey.  

The teaser hooks are made by JTC Jigs out of New York.  The hooks are made with a bait keeper molded on to keep the skirt and grub in place.  The colors of the teasers have been chosen to pair with cut bait or GULP.
